**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound calls to customers, and inbound calls as and when required.
- Proactively engage with customers through calls, surveys, WhatsApp, and social media to ensure their experience is seamless.
- Resolve customer queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Track and document customer feedback to drive insights for continuous improvement in customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve purchase and delivery processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive communication and a customer-first attitude.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system.
- Engage in active listening, tuning into the customer’s voice to understand their needs and concerns.
- Support customer experience initiatives and projects to improve overall service quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any graduate.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in **customer support**.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent **communication skills** in both **Hindi** and **English**.
- Strong **soft skills** with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic proficiency in **Excel** for tracking and managing customer data.
- **Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, **10 AM to 7 PM**.
- **Location**: Gurugram.
