**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise & execute on-field trade marketing activities** across partner salons.
- Build and maintain strong **relationships with salon owners & managers** to ensure brand visibility.
- Coordinate and manage **brand activations, promotions, and marketing events** at salon locations.
- Monitor the effectiveness of on-ground marketing efforts and provide **performance reports**.
- Work closely with the **sales teams** to align branding materials.
- Ensure timely deployment of **POS materials, banners, and promotional collaterals**.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance **brand presence & customer engagement**.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in trade marketing, field sales, or marketing supervision.**Strong communication and relationship-building skills** with salon partners.

Ability to **manage and coordinate on-ground marketing efforts** independently.
Willingness to **travel extensively** within the assigned region.
Goal-driven with a **problem-solving mindset** to handle field challenges.
Prior experience in the **salon, beauty, or FMCG industry** is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
