**Job Profile for Field Work Supervisor (Engineer)**

**Position Title**: Field Work Supervisor (Engineer)
**Location**: B:611/612, Swati Trinity, Near Applewood Township, SP Ring Road, Ahmedabad
**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month
**Experience Required**: 2-5 years
**Education**: Diploma/ITI/B.E. (Mechanical)

**Profile Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Supervision & Execution**: Oversee day-to-day activities at the worksite, ensuring that operations are carried out as per project timelines and specifications.
- **Team Management & Coordination**: Lead a team of workers, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and maintaining team productivity.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure that safety protocols and compliance with industry standards are followed at all times. Conduct safety checks and implement corrective actions if required.
- **Production Monitoring & Process Optimization**: Monitor production activities and suggest improvements for process optimization and efficiency.
- **Vendor & Material Coordination**: Coordinate with vendors for material procurement, ensuring timely delivery and quality of materials. Manage inventory and stock levels to avoid delays.
- **Knowledge of Structural Drawing & Fitting**: Preferred knowledge of structural drawings and fitting processes to ensure proper implementation of designs at the site.
- **Drawing Reading**: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, ensuring accurate execution of the designs in the field.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma, ITI, or B.E. (Mechanical) Engineering.
- **Key Skills**:

- **Site Supervision & Execution**: Ability to oversee daily site operations and manage execution based on project specifications.
- **Team Management & Coordination**: Lead teams efficiently, ensuring smooth task execution and collaboration.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Deep understanding of safety standards and ensuring full compliance at the site.
- **Production Monitoring & Process Optimization**: Capability to monitor production lines and suggest optimizations for better efficiency.
- **Vendor & Material Coordination**: Experience in coordinating with vendors, handling procurement, and managing materials on-site.
- **Knowledge of Structural Drawing Fitting**: Preferred knowledge of structural drawing fitting for more accurate implementation of designs.
- **Drawing Reading**: Proficient in reading technical drawings and implementing them accurately on-site.

**Job Type**:

- Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**:

- ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
