**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and salon engagement.
- **B2B Marketing**: Collaborate with salon owners/managers to ensure effective placement of promotional materials (standees, tabletop branding, etc.).
- **Offline Marketing Execution**: Manage on-ground activations, society branding, and local promotional campaigns.
- **Partnerships & Alliances**: Identify and establish partnerships with salons, influencers, and local vendors to boost brand awareness.
- **Campaign Management**: Oversee marketing activities such as hoardings, newspaper ads, FM radio promotions, and B2C events.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, design, and digital marketing teams to align offline and online trade marketing efforts.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze trade marketing initiatives, ensuring ROI-driven results.
- **Creative Input**: Provide insights on innovative promotional activities to drive customer engagement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in trade marketing, BTL activations, or retail marketing.
✔ **Industry Preference**: Beauty, wellness, salon/spa, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
✔ **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔ **Negotiation & Sales Skills**: Ability to interact with vendors and salon owners effectively.
✔ **Multi-tasking**: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
✔ **Tech-savvy**: Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools for campaign analysis.
✔ **Preferred Personality Traits**: Confident, outgoing, result-oriented, and self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
