- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is neat and presentable.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and office events.
- Support other departments with general office tasks when needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while providing high-quality customer service.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of administrative tasks and office management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A pleasant and professional demeanor.
