Job Description: Chief of Staff / General Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff / General Manager to oversee

operations and strategic initiatives within our organization. This role requires a seasoned

professional with extensive experience in operations management, sales pipeline tracking,

business development, talent oversight, project management, client escalation management,

and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and

productivity.
- Streamline processes and procedures to optimize organizational workflows.

2. Sales Pipeline Tracking:

- Monitor and analyse sales pipelines, providing insights and recommendations

to improve sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective lead management and

conversion.

3. Business Development:

- Drive business development efforts to identify new opportunities and markets.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and clients to expand business

reach.

4. Talent Oversight:

- Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a high
- performing team.
- Implement strategies for talent retention and career growth.

5. Project Deliverables:

- Manage new projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and

successful delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

6. Client Escalations:

- Act as the first point of contact for client escalations, resolving issues

promptly and effectively.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and

problem-solving.

7. Team Management:

- Provide leadership and guidance to department heads and team members.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages

teamwork and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role with responsibilities

in operations management, sales pipeline tracking, business development, and team

management.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and proficiency in

client relationship management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability

to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leadership and team-building skills, with the

ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related

field. MBA preferred.
