Salary : 35,000 -50,000 Per month

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

2. Manage and supervise floor staff, providing guidance and support.

3. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven floor management experience of 2-4;yrs in domestic/ international BPO

2. Strong leadership and communication skills

3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
