**About the Role**:
This leadership position demands field-tested expertise, strong process discipline, and a passion for leveraging digital transformation in a traditionally manual sector. The role involves overseeing multi-location operations, standardizing field-level execution practices, and aligning operational efficiency with UCH.AI’s long-term strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and hands-on oversight in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, particularly in the road and highway segments.
- Standardize and streamline on-site operations, logistics, compliance, and vendor management practices across regions.
- Lead multi-site project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, cost controls, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, procurement, and business development teams to ensure operational goals are met.
- Integrate digital construction tools to improve site performance, reporting mechanisms, and decision-making speed.
- Drive implementation of industry best practices in construction methodologies, safety protocols, contract governance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and lead diverse project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of MoRTH specifications, IRC codes, and other national infrastructure standards.

**Required Qualifications**:

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution (mandatory).
- Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in infrastructure project execution.
- At least 10+ years of focused experience in highway/road development.
- Proven track record of independently managing infrastructure projects exceeding ₹400 Crores.
- Experience in challenging terrains including Eastern India, hilly regions, or remote rural geographies.
- Proficiency in project planning and management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills under deadline-driven environments.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Prior experience with government agencies such as NHAI, MoRTH, PWD, or in government-funded infrastructure projects.
- Exposure to railway infrastructure, urban development, and structural projects.
- Previous employment in EPC companies, infrastructure consultancies, or project management consultancies (PMCs).

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
