Engineering.

Should have 3-4 years of experience in the same field.

Should be well conversant with interior as well.

Should have good communication skills and be presentable.

Should be well aquainted with AUTOCAD Software.

Should have sound understanding of billing and detailing as well.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**1. Execution of all construction activities of Building along with**
**finishing Items, preparing estimates, taking measurements, contractors**
**bill certification.**

**2. Taking over all responsibility of timely completion project.**

**3. Inspect the works undertaken for compliance with required quality**
**and good workmanship practices.**

**4. Preparing work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works.**

**5. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.**

**6. Provide advice to reporting manager and resolve creatively any**
**emerging problems/deficiencies.**

**7. Keep good familiarity with external/internal plumbing & sanitary**
**systems, water supply & sewage treatment, electrical etc.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
