The company is committed to delivering high-quality and creative design services to its clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, based in Kolkata. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at construction and design sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include managing a team of workers, coordinating with designers and clients, monitoring project progress, and enforcing safety protocols. The Site Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring efficient project execution while adhering to deadlines and budgets. Qualifications - Strong project management and site supervision skills, including task delegation and team coordination. - Knowledge of interior and exterior design principles, with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality in both 2D and 3D design projects. - Ability to monitor timelines, manage resources effectively, and ensure project completion within deadlines and budgets. - Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations for construction and design sites. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders. - Relevant qualifications in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field preferred. - Previous experience in site supervision and project management is advantageous.
