Job Title: Site Supervisor Company Name: The Brighter Living Location: Kolkata Salary Range: ₹12000-16000 We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects at "The Brighter Living". As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. **Responsibilities**: Supervise all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, as well as the hiring and supervision of subcontractors. Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and other key metrics. Work closely with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met. Qualifications: A minimum of [insert years] years of experience in construction or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
