We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of **Accounts Executive(Advance Licence).**

**Qualification**: Graduation

**Experience**: 2years

**Location**: Lower Parel

.Basic knowledge of advance licence and EPCG licence,Application & Closure of License,Knowledge of Shipping bill lodgement & Ebrc Issue.
- Coordinating with procurement and production teams to ensure timely and accurate utilization of advance licenses to optimize cost savings and minimize delays in production.

.Ensuring adherence to government regulations and customs requirements related to advance licenses for import and export activities.

.Staying updated on changes in trade regulations and tariffs that may impact advance license utilization and manufacturing operations.

.Analyzing the financial implications of advance license utilization on manufacturing costs, including duty savings, transaction fees, and administrative expenses.

.Generating reports to monitor and report on the financial benefits and compliance status of advance license utilization to management and regulatory authorities.

.Collaborating with inventory control teams to track the movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods associated with advance license utilization.

.Ensuring accurate accounting of inventory quantities and values to facilitate compliance with advance license requirements and financial reporting standards..

.Liaising with international suppliers and vendors to facilitate the procurement of materials and components eligible for advance license benefits.

.Negotiating terms and agreements with suppliers to maximize cost savings and minimize risks associated with advance license utilization.

.Ensuring that all required documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible for audit purposes and regulatory inquiries.

.Identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize advance license management processes within the manufacturing supply chain.

.Implementing best practices and technological solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in advance license operations.

.Assessing potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with advance license utilization, such as customs audits, compliance discrepancies, or supply chain disruptions.

.Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to safeguard manufacturing operations and ensure continuity of supply.

.Providing training and guidance to relevant stakeholders within the manufacturing organization on advance license requirements, procedures, and best practices.

.Promoting awareness and understanding of advance license-related regulations and compliance obligations among employees involved in procurement, production, and logistics.

.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, logistics, and compliance, to address advance license-related issues and align strategies with broader business objectives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,827.17 per month
