**Responsibilities**

**Outbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote services.
- Engage with prospects in a friendly, persuasive, and professional manner.
- Present detailed information about products or services to potential customers.
- Highlight key features and benefits to spark interest and generate leads.
- Ensure customer inquiries are addressed with appropriate information and solutions.

**Customer Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Follow up on leads and potential opportunities for service engagement.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Meet or exceed outbound call targets and customer engagement goals.
- Achieve individual performance metrics related to lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

**Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with team members and management to achieve team goals.
- Report on daily activities, progress, and challenges as required.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Persuasive and confident attitude.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Previous experience in voice process or customer service is a plus.

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per year
