**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy and Business Planning**:

- Facilitate the leadership team and provide overall HR leadership to the organization.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to identify business priorities and drive HR initiatives strategies & programs with the objective of helping the organization meet its strategic goals.
- Plan and monitor department budget in parallel with the global HR team.
- Monitor, manage, track, and report on data, review of dashboards on monthly & quarterly basis

**Talent Management**:

- Working with diverse business groups to assess, create and implement innovative mentoring and coaching solutions for holistic development of employees.
- Ensuring a high performing professional talent by partnering with managers to attract, retain, develop and motivate people to reach their full potential.
- Lead university hire project by building relationships and establishing pipeline for talent
- Manage sourcing platforms and utilize analytics to pivot when needed

**Performance Management System**:

- Setting goals and review processes thereby building and nurturing a high performance culture within the organization.
- Ensure implementation of the right rewards and recognition practices by establishing a robust performance management process.

**Compensation Management**:
**Regulatory & Compliance**:

- Develop and implement enterprise governance, risk, and compliance strategy and solutions.
- Ensure that organization complies with industry specifications, standards, regulations, and laws.
- Review operational practices, create and enforce compliance plans, and perform regulatory risk management by keeping abreast of regulatory changes and developments in the regulatory environment.
- Monitoring compliance and facilitating interventions to manage risks by performing compliance assessments.

**Building Employee Experienced based Engagement & Relationship**:

- Engage workforce with clear focus on the vision and mission of the organization to maintain business continuity.
- Build solution aligning with the Global program on enhancing Employee experience.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly leadership meeting and address employee relations/provide resources.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate qualification in Human Resource / Personnel Management
- Experience of around 12-15 Years
- Must have experience of working with the entrepreneurs / top management of the company and multiple stakeholder management
- A strong command in all aspects of the Human Resource function
- Extensive knowledge of industry regulations and governing laws.
- Strong exposure to payroll management
- Proficiency in office (MS Excel) compliance management software, ERP.
- Flexibility working with different time zones
