About the Team
You will be a part of the CPO (Chief Product Officer) office team within Meesho. This is a central team within the CPO org that provides strategic, organisational and executional support to the CPO in functions such as product management, analytics and design.
About the Role
We are looking for a strong, independent, and innovative leader to be a part of the CPO's office at Meesho. You will be working directly with the CPO, the Chief of Staff to the CPO and Leaders from Product, Design, Analytics & Tech to drive strategic and functional initiatives at Meesho. This role will enable you to gain in-depth exposure to understanding product management in a high growth tech startup. This role will be a stepping stone to move into a Product Management role at Meesho in 1.5 years based on your performance.

What you will do

- Independently drive functional initiatives, central projects and CPO org priorities, including and not limited to, revamping org structure and ways of working, developing tools & processes to improve org functioning, developing long term product strategy and initiatives around product planning & organisation culture.
- Lead strategic projects that help frame long-term product strategy and roadmap, buy v/s build decisions, and uncover new product investment opportunities
- Lead the CPO office team to drive key charters such as product strategy &innovation, execution excellence, org & culture, and talent branding
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including senior leadership in Product, Tech, Business, Design and Analytics to drive alignment and execution of your projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other teams to ensure successful execution of functional initiatives, from concept to launch.
- Create compelling, and effective communications for board meetings, strategy reviews, All Hands meetings, etc.

What you will need

- Undergraduate / MBA degree in any discipline
- 4-6 years of Management Consulting experience (preferably) or P&L/Strategy/Chief of Staff roles in startups/tech companies
- Prior experience within tech and product teams in tech based companies is a plus Motivation and a keen interest in product management
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Ability to conceptualise and craft CXO-level presentations
