Role Overview:
The Management Trainee will undergo a structured training program designed to develop skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in management. This role provides exposure to various business functions and management practices, preparing the individual for a Full-time opportunity within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training and Development:
a. Participate in a structured training program in 1 of the mentioned roles of the business, which includes Tech Support, Demand Generation and Customer Success.
b. Gain hands-on experience through project assignments and Skill placements.
2. Team Collaboration:
a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
b. Participate in team meetings, provide input, and contribute to problem-solving.
Tech Support Training:
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues, escalate complex problems to higher
- level support when necessary, and ensure follow-up until resolution.
- Support Ticket Management: Manage and prioritise support tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Demand Generation:
- Support the development of content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Customer Success:
- Collaboration with internal teams on the requirements for their customers.
- Closely work with the CSMs on the assigned accounts.
- Be proactive in tracking the status of tickets, issues and overall utilisation of the platform by the customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.)
- Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership potential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts and skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
