- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization.
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
- Implement cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage the company’s financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Identify and improve the deficiencies in the system and implementation of robust financial system within the business.
- Ensure data accuracy and its analytics.
