person to be responsible for executing essential hub operations including compliance to existing
processes, maintenance of stock, managing transportation requests and overseeing the overall
operations.
**Responsibilities**:
Be available at the hub as per the schedule and manage the day to day operations.
Should be able to handle delivery associates/van associates & loaders.
Responsible for collection of COD cash.
Adhere to the assigned SLA.
Overseeing loading and unloading.
Responsible for handling customer escalations.
Required to travel in order to visit customer place, within warehouse serviceable limits
whenever it is required.
Work with the internal team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsible for managing to ensure safety, maintenance, control the missing and damages
of the stock.
Coordinate with drivers, ensure grooming standards, process compliance and maintain
desired service levels.

Should have an idea about the local geography.
Knowledge of local language and English is preferred.
Logistics experience will be a plus.
Ready to adapt & learn new things.
