**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and design ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and workflows.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution implementation across multiple modules.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and administrators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Drive automation and digital transformation using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Perform code reviews, solution validation, and performance optimization.
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, and governance standards.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 5-15 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
- Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts).
- Experience with CMDB design, discovery, and service mapping.
- Hands-on experience in designing complex workflows, automation, and orchestration.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and/or ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.

**Good to Have**
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) integration with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹830,389.33 - ₹2,356,727.85 per year
