A field executive cum cash collection is a position that requires a combination of customer service, sales, and financial skills. The primary responsibility of this role is to collect payments from customers and clients, while also maintaining a positive relationship with them.

Job responsibilities may include:
Collecting payments from customers and clients in person, via mail, or online

Managing and reconciling daily cash collections, including handling of cash and checks, and preparing receipts for customers

Maintaining accurate records of collections and outstanding balances

Coordinating with the finance department to ensure timely deposit of cash collections

Providing customer service to resolve any issues related to billing or payments

Conducting field visits to collect payments and follow up with customers

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to cash handling and collections

Maintaining confidentiality and security of financial information

Building and maintaining relationships with customers and clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty

Providing regular reports to management on cash collections, customer complaints, and any other relevant data.

Requirements for this position may include:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and clients

Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles

Ability to manage and reconcile cash collections accurately and efficiently

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records and receipts

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for conducting field visits.

Overall, a field executive cum cash collection position requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable with managing and reconciling cash collections. Requires a person who have his own house in Delhi.
