**Job Summary**:
The Field Executive is responsible for managing and executing field operations in their assigned territory. This role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring smooth execution of field activities, driving sales or service initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with customers or clients. The Field Executive is expected to achieve performance targets, gather market intelligence, and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Field Operations Management:

- Execute field activities as per the plan and schedule, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, projects, or services.

Sales and Service Execution:

- Achieve sales or service targets by actively engaging with customers, clients, or partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, or service explanations to prospective clients.
- Provide after-sales support, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

- Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer trends within the territory.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, market conditions, and performance metrics.

Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure that all field operations are in compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, customer interactions, and transactions

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
