**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Executive to join our dynamic team. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of our products while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule dispatch activities to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and field staff to monitor delivery progress and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking status and updating internal databases.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding delivery schedules, routes, and potential delays.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize delivery routes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout dispatch operations.
- Analyze dispatch data to identify trends and areas for operational improvement.
- Train and mentor new team members on dispatch procedures and technology tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
