**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Spearhead the Loyalty program operations (Lodha Amara) across mass and premium markets
- Manage all customer and internal team queries to the Amara mailbox/phone regarding referral benefit. Respond with the defined TAT to avoid customer dissonance
- Ensure zero escalations and co-ordinate with internal teams to resolve any disputes
- Manage the program payout to customers with utmost diligence and ensure zero errors in the payout process. Liaise with multiple internal teams to ensure completion within set timelines
- Monitor incentive calculation as per define structure and facilitate incentive payout to loyalty and all other collaborating teams
- Overlook the assignment of Loyalty ID to ensure accurate customer mapping and handle any remapping requests
- Maintain reports of all customer redemptions, interactions and incentive pay-outs to be shared with top management
- Collaborate with other known brands across industries and create alliances that would benefit our customers
- Support the loyalty Marketing team in events and other required activities and act as a back-up in absence of the loyalty marketing manager
