One stop travel shop for all travel requirements. Only into retail / corporate business handling ticketing, visas, hotels, cruise FIT etc.

**Requirements for the role**
- **B COM graduate** with Previous experience of 2 years preferred (Fresher with a drive to work in this industry & and an IATA degree could be considered)
- Knowledge of Amadeus and Outlook Express is must
- Excellent knowledge of World Geography
- Must have the knowledge of working out itineraries and fare constructions, re-issue calculations, penalties etc.
- Minimum qualification
- Graduate in B. Com + IATA preferred or 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Computer Skills
- MS Office, excel & word particularly
- Strong written & oral communication skills
- Aspiration to work in travel and tourism area.
- Ability to coordinate and manage people.
- Ability to solve problems, take initiatives and plan tasks

**CTC**
- 2.40 Lac - 4.20 Lacs p.a. based on knowledge, capabilities and experience.
- Negotiable if work experience and communication skills are excellent

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Facilitating the customers in the booking of air tickets, overseas medical policies, cruise bookings and accommodation arrangements.
- Managing the travel agency work activities.
- Promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche markets.
- Selling travel products
- Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations.
- Dealing customer complaints.

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday - 10 am to 630 pm.
- Saturday 10 am to 4 pm.
