Ticketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
- Provide fare quotes, itinerary options, and ticket issuance based on customer requirements.
- Manage cancellations, reissues, refunds, and rescheduling of tickets.
- Ensure accuracy in fare construction, ticketing rules, and visa/travel requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for bookings and special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in airline ticketing and reservations.
- Proficiency in at least one GDS system (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
- Strong knowledge of fare rules, PNR creation, and ticket reissuance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing desk.
- Familiarity with visa processes and travel documentation

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
