**Job Title: Italian Chef de Partie (CDP)Job Summary**
We are looking for an experienced **Italian CDP** to join our culinary team. The role involves preparing and presenting authentic Italian dishes, assisting the Head Chef in menu execution, and ensuring smooth operations in the assigned section of the kitchen.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook dishes from assigned section (pasta, pizza, grill, antipasti, etc.) according to recipes and standards.
- Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and daily specials.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Train and support junior staff in the section.
- Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
**Requirements**:
- 2-4 years’ experience as CDP / Demi Chef in an Italian kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques (fresh pasta, sauces, pizza, etc.).
- Ability to manage a section independently.
- Good teamwork, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Culinary diploma/certification preferred.

We are seeking a motivated **Commis 2** to support our Italian kitchen team. The role is ideal for a junior chef with a passion for Italian food who wants to develop skills in a professional environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist CDPs and senior chefs in preparing ingredients and dishes.
- Support in pasta, pizza, antipasti, and sauce preparation.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Learn and develop cooking skills under supervision of senior chefs.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years’ experience as Commis in Italian or continental kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of Italian cuisine (pasta, sauces, pizza, etc.).
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Culinary training or certification preferred.
