About us:
Digivik Business Solutions is a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Pune, India. We are looking for an experienced Backend/PHP Laravel Developer to join our development team and contribute to the creation of innovative and scalable products for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of technical strategies and roadmaps for creating innovative solutions in the B2C, B2B, and infrastructural industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities, and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Drive innovation and experimentation in AI, RPA, and other emerging technologies, as well as programming languages including Java, JavaScript, React, PHP, and C#.
- Design scalable and resilient architectures for solution delivery, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
- Build and lead a high-performing technical team, including software developers, data scientists, AI specialists, and RPA engineers, to execute on technical strategies and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the technical team, encouraging experimentation and exploration of new ideas and technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to drive successful solution delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and development of technical talent, ensuring the team has the skills and expertise required to deliver on strategic objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of technical projects, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation, to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a focus on developing solutions in the B2C, B2B, and infrastructural industries.
- Strong background in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA), as well as expertise in programming languages including Java, JavaScript, React, PHP, and C#.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and driving successful solution delivery, from planning and design to execution and deployment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into technical strategies and roadmaps, and execute on them effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
