Office Coordinator

A renowned Company engaged in manufacturing of DUCTS for the last two decades and catering to HVAC Industry, having Plants in Gujarat, Telangana, Karnataka and Haryana, is looking for an **Office Coordinator** to assist the Directors in day to day office work.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Managing the office of the Directosr and acting as a bridge between the Director and all the Stakeholders.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Coordinate with various in house team members viz. Sales, Production & Accounts
Banking and Online payment through NEFT, RTGS, etc.
Deal with Vendors and Suppliers for various office requirements and services.
Booking of Hotel and Air tickets with support of travel agent or through online booking.
Ensure timely payment of telephone, mobile, internet, electricity, water bills and credit card payment, etc.
Administrator for all resources, equipment and other shared office services.
Any additional duties as assigned by the Directors.
**Experience**
- Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience in Office Coordination work, preferably in a Manufacturing Company and reporting directly to Senior/Top Management
