A Process Coordinator at Bab Louie & Co. is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the production process and coordinating the manufacturing process from raw material procurement to final product packaging.

Their primary role is to ensure that all processes related to the production of food and beverages are efficient, cost-effective, and in compliance with regulations.

The main job duties and responsibilities of a Process Coordinator at Bab Louie & Co. may include:
1. **Coordinating production activities**: This involves coordinating with suppliers and managing the inventory of raw materials, ensuring that there is a sufficient supply of raw materials to meet production demands. Timely delivery of raw materials, and monitoring production processes to ensure that they are running smoothly.

2. **Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards**:Ensuring proper implementation of quality control procedures to ensure that the finished product meets the required quality standards. Closely monitoring production staff to ensure that safety guidelines and regulations are being followed.

3. **Developing and implementing process improvements**: Process coordinators are responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and developing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase quality.

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure that production schedules are aligned with customer demand and delivery schedules.

5. Maintaining records of production data, including quality control records, inventory records, and production reports.

6. Coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

7. Ensuring that all manufacturing activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

8. Aid executives in preparing for meetings (meeting scheduling, taking notes, minutes of the meeting).

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree (F&B related degrees prefered)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Superb written and verbal communication skills (English is a must)
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.

Office Location: Rohini, Sector 11 (Rithala Metro station), Delhi

Schedule:

- Morning shift (9am - 6pm)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rohini, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
