**Job Description -**
- Position - Quality Assurance Engineer
- Department - Quality Assurance
- Education - Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience - **Relevant 5-7 years in wiring harness industry only**

**Key Responsibilities -**

1. Executes the inspection of receipt and shipment in accordance to the relevant working procedures/instructions and the specific requirements of the customers;
2. Executes sorting activities required before dispatch to production.

3. Ensures follow-up of Quality Costs;
4. Monitors change implementation processes with topics related to supplier and Forward changes (PCN) communicated from supplier to relevant teams;
5. Authorized to Stop production and/or dispatch to mitigate risk of non-conforming processes/products;
6. Assists in creating/updating relevant procedures;
7. Creates concepts for improvement and presents results related to its area of responsibility;
8. Controls the special characteristics of the processes/products in the area of responsibility;
9. Participates in internal audits;
10. Regularly reviews control plans.

11. Mandate knowledge on applicator release and test board release.

12. Mandate knowledge on all wiring harness manufacturing process.

13. Able to demonstrate process audit.

14. Team player.

**Salary**: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- wiring Quality: 7 years (preferred)
