**Tutor Online Teaching (SAT) - Verbal/Math**

**Job Type**:Full Time / Part-time (work from home)

**Timings**: - 3-4 pm (Fixed for internal meetings),

**Tutoring commitment** - 4 pm-7:30 pm or 4 pm-8:45 pm depending on the contract (part-time)/ 7-8 hrs of commitment in case of a full-time contract.

**Eligibility/Qualification**:
**Work Experience**: 6 months - 8 years of teaching in the relevant area.

**Remuneration**: 3.6 LPA to 8.4 LPA

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Deliver one on one live sessions online in a comprehensive manner to students and are expected to prepare well in advance the sessions

2. Should make the live classes interactive, exciting, and engaging and bring a fun learning environment to the classroom

3. Should be open to getting trained and retrained as per the SAT exam pattern and improvise the learning in the live sessions

4. Conduct course-related activities like training, conducting Parents Teacher meetings.

5. Responsible to work and engage in coming up with new activities, tests, assignments etc

**Experience Required**:
1. Strong understanding of content and pedagogy and work experience in teaching/tutoring (at least 1 year)

2. An affinity for math/verbal, strong logical reasoning skills, patience, and passion for teaching

3. Excellent communication skills and has the ability to keep the class engaging and online persona/presence has to be good

4. Excellent command over written and oral communication (English)

**Requirements**:
1. Laptop with 8 GB RAM and at least i-3 processor

2. A good broadband/ Fibre Wi-Fi connection with and upload as well as download speed of 50 mbps.

3. A UPS on the Wi-Fi for uninterrupted internet connection.

4. Should have a proper place to sit and conduct the training from home without any disturbance and with sufficient light.

5. The position is of permanent employment and the tutor should not take up another full time or part time job.

**Selection process**:
1. Screening of resume.

2. Telephonic round.

3. Interview through video call via Zoom.

4. Online Diagnostic test and demo round.

5. Trainer s Interaction Round

6. HR Interaction

8. He/she will be reviewed at the end of training before taking onboard.

9. He/she will be eligible for a stipend too after successful completion of training (50 percent of gross)
