As a Mathematics Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized audio/video-based tutoring sessions to students seeking assistance with math-related queries and conceptual understanding. Your responsibilities will include engaging in one-on-one conversations with students, addressing their math concerns, and providing step-by-step guidance through hints and prompts. A strong command of American English pronunciation and accent is essential, along with previous experience in tutoring or related roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting interactive audio/video tutoring sessions with students, focusing on addressing their math questions and fostering conceptual learning.
- Staying abreast of updates and enhancements to our learning software to ensure effective utilization during tutoring sessions.
- Providing personalized guidance to students through clear explanations and step-by-step assistance.
- Maintaining availability during specified time slots, primarily aligned with US timings.
- Ensuring a reliable setup including a digital pen tablet, backup power source, and stable internet connection for seamless tutoring sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in education with a specialization in mathematics or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient understanding of best practices in teaching mathematics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in American English.
- Highly organized with a flexible approach to tutoring sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with students effectively.
