Hi, We are looking for freshers to join our young and dynamic team to work on International projects in AEC Industry.
- BE/B. Tech/ME/MTech in Civil Engineering with good grades **(Batch 2024 or 2025) Freshers**:

- Quick learner
- Able to work in team environment and must communicate effectively
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

**Training Structure**:Our training structure is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience:

- **Phase 1: Laying the Foundation (First 3 Months - Unpaid)**This phase is about learning, growing, and laying the groundwork for a rewarding career. **Phase 2: Following Three Months (Paid)** On successful completion of the initial phase, you will enter the paid training phase, receiving a stipend of **INR 8,000 per month**.

**Final Evaluation**
At the end of the six-month training period, a **final evaluation** will be conducted. Based on your performance, you may be offered regular employment:

- **Grade A**: INR 16,000 per month
- **Grade B**: INR 15,500 per month
- **Grade C**: INR 14,000 per month

**Additional Details**
- **Agreement period of 15 Months** will be applicable, starting from the **4th month of training.** This ensures mutual commitment and supports your long-term growth at ICE.
