**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage **3D BIM models** in **Tekla Structures** for concrete projects.
- Coordinate with design engineers and project managers to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Generate fabrication drawings, general arrangement drawings, and reports from the Tekla model.
- Review and update models based on client or engineer feedback.
- Ensure all deliverables meet project deadlines and quality standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in BIM Modelling, Structural Drafting..
- Strong proficiency in **Tekla Structures** and **AutoCAD**.
- Knowledge of structural detailing standards for RCC.
- Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
