**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop structural and MEP models, layouts, and drawings in Revit and AutoCAD from provided 2D data.
- Interpret 2D inputs accurately and convert them into comprehensive 3D BIM models.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain quality standards, adhere to project specifications, and stay compliant with industry codes.
- Participate in team meetings, and project discussions, and contribute to solution-oriented planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1 year plus of experience in relevant engineering roles, preferably with exposure to MEP and BIM processes.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; experience with BIM software is a plus.
- Familiarity with building codes, MEP standards, and construction documentation practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and team collaboration capabilities.
