**Job Title**: Revit Trainer (BIM)

**Location**: Chandigarh(Mohali)

**Position Overview**:
ICE is seeking a talented **Revit Trainer** with additional responsibilities in marketing our BIM learning courses. This dual role will focus on both training employees and students in Revit and BIM practices and promoting our BIM learning programs at colleges and educational institutions. The trainer will play a key role in raising awareness of our training offerings while ensuring high-quality, effective training in Revit software and BIM workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct Revit and BIM training sessions for employees and students to enhance their skills in BIM workflows, with an emphasis on Revit.
- **Course Development**: Design and update training materials, courses, and manuals based on industry standards and ICE-specific requirements.
- **Individual and Group Training**: Provide both individual and group training sessions tailored to different proficiency levels (beginner to advanced).
- **BIM Best Practices**: Ensure all training incorporates the latest BIM practices and methodologies to align with current industry trends.
- **BIM Course Promotion**: Visit colleges and educational institutions to market ICE’s BIM learning courses and build partnerships for future student enrollment.
- **Outreach Activities**: Organize and participate in career fairs, seminars, webinars, and workshops to promote the benefits of BIM education and the courses offered by ICE.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project teams to understand the specific BIM requirements for different projects and adjust training content accordingly.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain records of training sessions, track student progress, and report on outcomes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or Revit modeling, with a strong background in Revit software (including all modules related to architectural, MEP, and structural disciplines).
- **BIM Knowledge**: Expertise in BIM processes, standards, and best practices.
- **Teaching Experience**: Proven experience in teaching or training Revit and BIM processes to individuals or groups.
- **Marketing Skills**: Experience in marketing or promoting educational programs, especially in technical fields such as BIM.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- **Certification**: Certification in Revit and/or BIM-related fields is highly preferred.
- **Software Skills**: Advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Familiarity with other BIM software like Civil 3D, 3ds Max, or Dynamo is a plus.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to solve issues and provide solutions during training sessions in a clear and concise manner.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a BIM consultancy or construction environment.
- Experience with international BIM standards and processes.
- Strong project coordination and management skills.
- Established connections or experience in the educational sector.
