**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

This is an on-site Architect & Interior Designer for 5+ years of experience in Architecture, Interior Designing in Office Spaces. The Architect & Interior Designer will be responsible for architectural design, designing office space & project management, software development, integration, and general architecture tasks.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for their spaces.
- Create architectural and interior design plans that align with client requirements.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Select materials, furnishings, and finishes that enhance the interiors.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project completion.
- Produce detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5+ years of experience in architecture & designing.
- Experience in designing Office Spaces and other.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
- Proven experience in architectural and interior design projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Interior design: 3 years (preferred)
- architectural design: 3 years (preferred)
- Office Space Design: 1 year (preferred)
