Human by nature.**Sales Support Executive - Fragrance & Beauty, Mumbai - Your future Position?**

As a Sales Support Executive you will be an integral part of the Fragrance & Beauty Commercial team and pro-vide critical support towards the same. You need to ensure business plans are obtained from business team and captured for smoothening the supply chain process with the objective of improving customer satisfac-tion index.

**Supply Chain**- All Supply Chain interactions with Customer for PC SA
Dealing with client queries, co-ordination with the customer care team
New win related order processing, localization, pricing queries, NBO's, forecasting & other logistics
Oil request management for all HUT requirements

**General Admin Support to the customer**- Managing oil requests
Application requests & deliveries
Base collections & registrations
Coordinating panel tests & evaluations
Managing couriers, managing travel arrangements, organize market samples, arrangements for workshops
Smooth coordination with evaluation and CMI teams for expert and consumer panels

**Product Service support**-
Sending reports & documenting for future records
Following protocol for all evaluations and briefs. Sending reports to clients for all evaluations requested
In-charge of products received for perfume clearance for MR QC, Stability QC or final sale from client. Sending reports to clients for all evaluations requested
Maintain selling refs portfolio presentation and procure all new and old products monthly
Order products for MR or team reference, from distributors across SA as and when needed

**Project support**
- 1.Support in raising IBIS- 2. End to end managing small portfolio briefs with sales teamYou?

University degree
- At least 6-7 years’ experience in a sales environment producing management information reports
- Excellent administrative and computer skills including MS Office suite, Google Mail, sheets and SAP
- You are a resourceful, reliable, independent, innovative multitasker who sees tasks and projects through to completion.- Good Communication Skills- At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.
