- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified IT professionals for future job opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to better understand the skills required for different roles.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to hiring managers and HR teams.
