**EYPERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Responsible for KPI adherence of the TA function
- Dashboarding and analytics to provide tracking and insights for improvement
- Liaise with business and TA (vendor)partners to ensure position closure within SLAs
- Drive TA improvement projects
**Functions And**
**Responsibilities**
**Building Talent Pipeline**:
- Sourcing talent through various portals for open positions
- Ensuring manning of functions as per targets
**Enhancing TA Effectiveness**:
- Streamlining the recruitment process through CEAT Way of Hiring (CWH)
- 100% adoption of digitised system resulting in standardization of process.
**Improving Quality of Hire**:
- Attracting best talent through adopting scientific method by offering competitive salary.
- Integration of CEAT values in the assessment pipeline
**Driving TA Projects**
- Digitisation, AI based assessment, TAT reduction etc.
**Stakeholder and RPO/vendor management**
- Drive adherence to SLAs with RPO/vendor partners
- Serve as the conduit between business and RPO/vendors
- Act as SPOC for job applicants in the assessment pipeline
**Education and Experience Required**
**Education**:
- Graduation/Post graduation**Experience**:
- 5-8 yrs of experience with relevant (recruitment/TA) experience of at least 3 yrs
