Role Overview You'll be the primary point of execution for all client hiring mandates. This role is perfect for someone who loves recruitment, knows how to hustle smart, and wants to work closely with the founder to scale a young and ambitious consulting business. Current work mode is fully remote. Occasional in-person meetings, events, etc. Key Responsibilities: Take complete ownership of end-to-end hiring for active mandates (tech + non-tech). Independently handle multiple active positions across domains. Source, screen, and evaluate high-quality talent using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Conduct detailed screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Communicate directly with clients for role clarifications, updates, and feedback. Maintain clean documentation, daily tracking, and structured reporting. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure strong follow-through until closure & joining. Meet monthly closure targets and contribute to overall revenue goals. Represent the company in meetings, onboarding sessions and occasional startup events with the Founder & CEO. What You Bring: 2-5 years of recruitment and TA experience (agency/consulting experience mandatory). Proven track record of consistent closures in non-tech and/or tech roles. Strong sourcing capability and ability to close mid-level roles quickly. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage clients + candidates end-to-end. Ability to work independently without supervision. Target-driven, disciplined, and committed to performance. Hunger to earn incentives. High-volume sourcing + fast TAT mindset. Comfort working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment. Must be based in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon/Delhi preferred). Work Mode: Hybrid (currently remote). Occasional client, team meetings, and events with the founder in NCR. Compensation: 4-5 LPA (As per industry standards and based on experience).
