Comaea Consulting is a recruitment and HR consulting firm specialising in the marine, industrial, and technology sectors across the Asia Pacific region. We are looking to further build our operations in India and looking to hire aRecruitment Consultant(Based in Bannerghatta, Bengaluru)ORGANIZATION:Reporting to the Country Head, you will be responsible to manage recruitment and executive search assignment as well as consulting assignment for our clients in India as well as Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with senior consultants located at all our global offices and support them for recruitment and business development activities.THE RESPONSIBILITIES:Support in sourcing activities e.g. building candidate list, trackers, preparing market mapping etc in excel or PowerPoint.Support in resume screening, initial phone screening, and any recruitment related documentation.Post job advertisement to appropriate job boards and media platforms.Convert candidate resume in company template and upload them in the company database.Coordinate with internal team and client for candidate communication and to organize interviews.Support the consultants in building prospect list and preparing business intelligence reports on marine, industrial, technology, life science sectors for development of business opportunities in the region.Facilitate and administer tests for search and selection assignments.Support team with ad hocs administrative tasks.YOUR PROFILE:A master’s degree in HR or Business Management.You have at least 3 years of recruitment experience in a MNC.Previous experience in multinational recruitment consulting firm is a nice to have.You have excellent communication and presentation skills.You are very organised and have excellent command on MS Office tools like Word, Excel, Powerpoint.You have strong organisational and time management skills.You are interested to make a career in Recruitment and Executive search industry.THE OFFER:Exposure to a diverse client base and industries in the APAC region.Learn from an international team and develop your expertise.Opportunity to grow within the organization as the business expands in the region.Consulting Private Limited
