We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Recruiter Trainee (Intern)** to join our dynamic recruitment team at our Saket, Delhi office. This internship is ideal for freshers or students pursuing HR or management who are eager to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

This is a learning-focused internship offering real-time exposure to the recruitment ecosystem and an opportunity for a pre-placement offer (PPO) based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from job portals and social media
- Support recruiters in daily hiring activities

**Requirements**:

- 12th, Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

Work Location: In person
