Thisopportunity is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a successful career inrecruitment.Key Responsibilities:● Understand and analyze client requirements for various IT & Non-IT positions.● Source qualified candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder),LinkedIn, and internal databases.● Conduct preliminary screening and assess candidate communication, technicalcompatibility, and availability.● Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.● Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.● Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.● Collaborate with Account Managers and senior recruiters for efficient fulfillment ofroles.Requirements:● Bachelor's degree in B.Sc , BCA, BE, or B.Tech (any specialization).● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.● Willingness to work in the US time zone (Night shift: 07:00 PM – 04:30 AM IST).● Quick learner with a strong interest in recruitment.● Basic understanding of the recruitment process is a plus.● Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).Benefits:● Drop Facility for night shift employees.● Meal Facility during shift hours.● Medical Insurance Coverage for employees.● Competitive CTC with attractive performance-based incentives.● Comprehensive Training & Career Growth Opportunities in US Staffing.Kick-start your career with Infojini and grow with a team that values talent,learning, and performance
