Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand prospective clients' goals, challenges, and marketing objectives.
Develop and present customized digital marketing proposals and solutions to prospects, effectively articulating the value proposition of Aurastha's services.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling sales materials, presentations, and collateral.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in digital marketing sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and develop lasting relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
