**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of retail marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials (e.g., flyers, posters, digital assets, signage).
- Track the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions through reports and feedback.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Assist in maintaining the consistency and quality of brand messaging across all marketing materials.
- Help coordinate product photography or videography for promotional content.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Monitor retail market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to the team to adapt and improve marketing strategies.
- Conduct customer surveys and collect feedback to understand consumer behavior and preferences.
- **Retail Marketing Operations**:

- Assist in managing store-level visual merchandising, ensuring displays align with marketing strategies and brand standards.
- Coordinate in-store promotional events and product launches, ensuring effective execution.
- Work with the operations team to ensure marketing materials are distributed and displayed correctly at all retail locations.
- **Digital Marketing Assistance**:

- Support in managing the brand’s digital presence on social media, including content scheduling, engagement, and community management.
- **Reporting & Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist in preparing regular reports on campaign performance, sales trends, and customer engagement.
- Maintain an organized filing system for marketing assets, contracts, and vendor correspondence.
- Support the Marketing Manager in budget tracking and invoice processing.

Pay: ₹11,131.96 - ₹25,000.00 per month
