Job Title**:Marketing Associate** (Entry-Level)

Department: Digital Marketing

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Location**: Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support lead generation through content-driven outreach and campaign execution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery of services/products and a smooth client experience.
- Contribute to customer engagement efforts to build and strengthen client relationships.
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist in creating customer-focused materials such as **podcasts, presentations, newsletters**, and other digital content.
- Represent the company in meetings with partners and clients, and during industry exhibitions and networking events.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively engage with customers and respond to inquiries.
- Design and present compelling posters and visual materials for marketing and outreach purposes.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with team members and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
