**Job Description: Marketing Assistant**

**Position**: Marketing Assistant

**Reports to**: Marketing Manager/Marketing Director
**Department**: Marketing
**Working Hours**: [10 to 7]

**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns and activities. This role involves coordinating marketing projects, assisting with content creation, conducting market research, and ensuring that marketing initiatives are well-organized and executed efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Content Creation**:

- Assist in creating and editing marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and product descriptions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Help maintain and update the company’s website and social media accounts.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to gather customer insights, competitor data, and industry trends.
- Assist in compiling reports and presentations for internal stakeholders based on research findings.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Help manage logistics for events, including venue selection, registration, and post-event follow-up.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to increase brand awareness and customer interaction.
- Assist in scheduling and posting content across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as organizing meetings, maintaining schedules, and managing marketing documents.
- Help track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring expenditures stay within approved limits.
- **Collaboration with Other Teams**:

- Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Assist in developing sales collateral and materials to support the sales team.
- **Database Management**:

- Help manage and update marketing databases (e.g., customer lists, contact databases, etc.).
- Ensure marketing materials are distributed effectively to the right target audience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
