**Job Title: Marketing Executive - B2B**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract B2B clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales proposals.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Assist in developing pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and their effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
- Knowledge of the building solutions industry is desirable but not required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
