Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the hospital’s services and specialties.
Identify target markets and design campaigns to attract potential patients and referral sources.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies, adjusting tactics as needed.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase patient admissions and expand market reach.
Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
Conduct sales presentations and meetings to promote the hospital’s services.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Develop promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
Manage the hospital’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and patient needs.
Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
Prepare regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and seminars to promote the hospital.
Coordinate hospital-sponsored events and campaigns to enhance public awareness.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful event execution.
Patient Experience Enhancement:
Develop programs and initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Gather and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Work with hospital staff to implement changes based on patient needs and preferences.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget in alignment with the hospital’s financial goals.
Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Provide regular budget reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare services and the hospital market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in event planning and coordination is an advantage.
